Ingredients
2 pre-baked 20 cm thin Pizza crust
1 jar 250g tomato paste
6 slices provolone cheese
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp oregano leaves,
1/2 cup roughly chopped flat parley, leaves only
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
50g parmesan cheese
1 tsp Lainey’s Chilli Oil
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Place pizza crust on a baking tray, and spread 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Top with 3 slices provolone cheese, onions, oregano, parsley, pepper, Lainey's chilli oil and then parmesan cheese
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and the edges are lightly crusted
