T&Cs for Online Ordering

At Lainey’s Foods we pride ourselves on our high-quality products and service.


Despite our best efforts to make the delivery process seamless for the customer we understand products can still get damaged in transit - no matter how hard we try to damage proof our packaging.
In the case of this happening, we will require photos and an explanation of what happened and will then send you a replacement free of charge.

If your package gets lost during ​transit, then we will resend order, (when we can establish the issue with the delivery company e.g. postage tracking)

Once delivered, we are unable to take any responsibility for any stolen or lost items.

If a package is returned to us due to circumstances such as wrong address given, failure to receive the goods, or any other mistake made by the consumer.

We may request the consumer to pay any additional charges incurred (e.g., delivery charges in order to resend the product(s) back to your preferred delivery address.)
